• Choose a quiet, cozy spot in the house

• Let your cat help with setup & selection of space

• Set out a clean towel or blanket for each cat

• Sprinkle herbs or flowers in each corner

• Leave it out for 3–5 days (or longer)

• Add more herbs as needed

• Rolling, rubbing, licking, or chewing

• Sitting or lying on or near the herbs

• Playing, stretching, or drooling
